The plaintiffs argue that the state has failed to conduct a program that makes a reasonable effort to cancel the registrations of voters who have become ineligible because of a change of residence, in violation of Section 8 of the NVRA. They ask the court to find Weber in violation of the NVRA and require the state to implement a program to remove ineligible registrations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-36a2c194b13e7c8aa91fada626a68b98\" id=\"h-why-it-matters\"><strong>Why It Matters<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>The lawsuit is the latest in a nationwide campaign by Judicial Watch to pressure states into aggressively purging voters from registration rolls under the NVRA.
